Welcome to Founder's Community Outreach Corporation, (FCOC). We are here to serve those within our local communities and beyond. The FCOC is an extension of Founder's Center for Spiritual Living. Founder's CSL is (a non-denominational community)has been an iconic presence, serving both spiritual and practical matters of our local Downtown Los Angeles community since 1960. 

The FCOC is a 501 (c) 3 corporation, that is not only committed to working within our local communities and with our established CSL members. We are dedicated to the elevation of all humanity and we are continuously updating and inventing ways. In, which we can be a part of a solution, that works to create happier and safer living conditions for all. 

The philosophy behind all that we do, is in knowing that love is the singular answer required in overcoming adversity. Love is that secret potent element, which we include in our approach to any challenge. Alongside that, we are equipped with a team of talented, passionate and highly skilled professionals. Who have over 30 years of experience in the areas of Children's Services, Human Rights Activism, Entertainment, Marketing, Client Management, Administration, Homelessness and Domestic Violence issues.
